Project Manager Location: Addison, TX (On-Site) Role Overview We are seeking a driven, highly organized, and assertive RCM Project Manager (RCMPM) to lead complex Revenue Cycle Management initiatives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, takes full ownership of outcomes, and can confidently drive teams, timelines, and decisions across cross-functional stakeholders. The successful candidate is decisive, execution-focused, and comfortable holding teams accountable while managing multiple priorities in parallel. This role works primarily with the EVP of RCM to help the department achieve quarterly initiative goals. --- Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of RCM projects from kickoff through closeout. Drive aggressive yet achievable timelines, proactively removing blockers and escalating risks early. Lead cross-functional teams with authority and clarity without having direct authority. Establish clear project governance, decision frameworks, and accountability structures. Planning, Scheduling & Controls Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules Track milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities with precision. Ensure disciplined change control and impact assessment for scope, timeline, and budget changes. Use metrics and dashboards to drive transparency, performance, and corrective action. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Serve as the primary point of accountability for internal and external stakeholders. Lead vendor selection, onboarding, oversight, and performance management. Conduct effective, concise project meetings with clear agendas, decisions, and follow-ups. Confidently challenge assumptions and push back when timelines or quality are at risk. Risk, Issue & Decision Management Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively; maintain RAID documentation. Escalate issues with clear options and recommended actions. Make timely, data-driven decisions in ambiguous or high-pressure situations. Escalate any critical risks to the Enterprise Product Manager --- Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Business or related field. 5+ years of industry project management or consulting agency experience. Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. --- Critical Skills & Competencies Assertive leadership with the ability to drive decisions and outcomes.
