The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Project Manager to provide full-time support to Advanced Manufacturing initiatives within the Submarine Industrial Base Support Program. This role will primarily support efforts related to additive manufacturing, including material maturity and part production applications, as well as non-destructive testing.
The selected candidate will lead project execution across high visibility manufacturing efforts, coordinating with government and industry stakeholders to deliver results aligned to Navy priorities. This is a 12-month effort supporting fast-paced, mission-critical initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and closeout
Serve as the primary project lead for Advanced Manufacturing efforts, with a focus on additive manufacturing and non-destructive testing initiatives
Coordinate across technical, engineering, manufacturing, and program stakeholders to drive project outcomes
Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and performance while ensuring alignment with program objectives
Identify, track, and mitigate risks, particularly those related to technical execution and production readiness
Resolve programmatic and technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Develop and deliver clear, concise briefings and status updates to senior leadership and government stakeholders
Support development of key project artifacts, including Statements of Work, Requests for Information, and technical documentation
Apply best practices and data-driven approaches to improve project execution and manufacturing outcomes
Manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, high-demand environment
Qualifications:
Required
Active SECRET clearance
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager (strict requirement)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Demonstrated experience managing projects from initiation through completion
Experience working with or supporting United States Navy programs or similar government environments
Engineering or technical background (degree or relevant experience)
Familiarity with subcontractor management, including developing Statements of Work, monitoring performance, and managing deliverables
Proficiency with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Office 365
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Desired
Experience supporting Advanced Manufacturing initiatives, particularly:
Additive manufacturing (including material maturity and/or part production environments)
Non-destructive testing
Experience supporting Submarine Industrial Base initiatives or similar large-scale industrial programs
Experience leveraging AI tools to support development of acquisition or project documentation
Experience working with Palantir Foundry

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
