Very good understanding of Agile methodology.Project Management and Test Management.Analysing Business, Functional and Non-functional Requirements.Translating High Level Business Goals into detailed, clear and comprehensive business requirements document.Documenting Artefacts like BRDs, User Stories, BusinessProcess Workflows, Gap Assessment and Risk Assessment.Work closely with stakeholders like Product Owners, Application Owners, Technology, Operations and Cross Functional Teams to identify, analyse and document business problems, opportunities and roadmap. Defining Testing Scope for QA and UAT. Project Planning, Test Strategy and Test Estimation.Associate should be based out of Baltimore and willing to work from office 4 days a week at customer location with no exception
