Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology, engineering, or DevSecOps environments, preferably within large enterprises.
• Demonstrated ability to:
• Navigate ambiguous problem spaces and drive iterative refinements.
• Refine scope and requirements in partnership with technical and business stakeholders.
• Prioritize and organize multiple workstreams and personal workload effectively.
• Influence commitment and delivery in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
• Strong program and project management capabilities, including:
• Building and managing project structures, milestones, and WBS.
• Identifying and tracking issues and risks, with mitigation plans.
• Budget management focused on usage, outcomes, and value-based results.
• Balanced communication skills for executive leadership and technical teams.
• Proficiency with MS productivity tools: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with projects involving SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and security vulnerabilities/technical debt remediation.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, candidates with the following experience will be strongly preferred:
• Exposure to or hands-on work with:
• GitHub Coding Agents and/or Dependabot
• JFrog Artifactory, curation processes, and advanced security features
• Veracode (application security scanning and fix deployment)
• Tableau reporting and dashboarding
• Spec-to-Code and Code-to-Spec tooling or similar approaches
• Experience driving AI-enabled automation initiatives, particularly in security, data protection, or DevSecOps settings.
• Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple concurrent workstreams to scale adoption of:
• GitHub Coding Agent for secure coding and automation
• JFrog Artifactory & curation (design, planning, and scaling execution)
• JFrog advanced security and automated vulnerability fixes
• Deployment of Veracode fixes aligned with broader remediation efforts
• Code-to-Spec and Spec-to-Code post-POC adoptions (specific use cases to be defined)
• AI-driven auto-classification and DLP deployment initiatives
• Define and refine scope, assumptions, and work breakdown structures (WBS) for complex, evolving initiatives.
• Navigate ambiguity and iterative refinements while keeping teams aligned on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Organize and prioritize own workload and drive accountability for delivery across matrixed teams and stakeholders.
• Establish and manage project and program structures including: working team cadences, milestones, issues/risks, and progress/trend reporting.
• Track usage, budget, and value-based outcomes to demonstrate ROI and inform leadership decisions.
• Communicate effectively at both working-team and executive levels, tailoring messaging, dashboards, and status updates appropriately.
