Required Qualifications: Strong and proven background in Engineering or Computer Science with a focus on AI/ML. Proven experience (2+ years) in project management or product management. Minimum 2 years of experience in a deep tech / data role within the automotive/robotics/aerospace industry, specifically with ADAS or related technologies. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams covering all competencies from engineering to sales. Extensive experience in the automotive industry and automotive development processes (Product Development Process / ASPICE) incl. KPI based software quality tracking. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Fluent in English.
