Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionManage airport and aviation construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Lead renovations, expansions, MEP upgrades, and tenant improvement projects. Monitor project performance, cost controls, and profitability. Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress reporting. Support client relationships and occasional travel for project site visits and meetings.The Successful ApplicantExperience managing ground-up, renovation, expansion, MEP, and interior construction projects. Strong understanding of all phases of construction project delivery. Design-build experience preferred. Aviation or airport construction experience preferred but not required. Background working for a reputable general contractor. Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Ability to travel occasionally as project needs require. Multifamily and residential experience alone will not be considered.What's on OfferSalary: $120,000 to $140,000. Annual performance bonus (typically around $7,500 based on profitability). 401(k) with 3% company match. Pension plan with full vesting after 9 months.
