Job Description: Seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead Transportation Safety Management and Operations (TSMO) technology initiatives supporting transportation infrastructure, intelligent transportation systems, traffic management, and public transit operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Agile delivery, Scrum methodologies, IT/OT integration, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and enterprise transportation technology programs. This role requires leading cross-functional delivery teams, driving Agile execution, managing project governance, and ensuring secure, reliable, and high-quality technology delivery aligned with operational and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile planning, execution, and delivery of transportation technology initiatives and modernization efforts
• Manage multiple Agile teams including developers, engineers, analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies
• Maintain, prioritize, and refine product backlogs, user stories, and sprint deliverables
• Develop stakeholder communication, engagement, and governance plans supporting project success
• Provide project status reporting, KPI tracking, and delivery updates to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Identify project risks, impediments, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Coordinate IT and Operational Technology (OT) integration activities supporting transportation systems
• Define and monitor project KPIs, metrics, and delivery performance indicators
• Conduct project health assessments, strategic reviews, and operational performance evaluations

Additional Responsibilities:

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, planning sessions, and alignment meetings
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams supporting compliance and secure delivery initiatives
• Support transportation infrastructure modernization and technology transformation programs
• Ensure technical documentation reviews, governance approvals, and delivery quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives supporting Agile maturity and operational efficiency
