Job description:

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading implementation efforts for new and existing clients. Partnering closely with leadership, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure successful application and product implementations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to execute projects seamlessly
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop and manage detailed project plans to track progress
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project impact
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop subject matter expertise in product features and functionality
• Understand client use cases and business needs
• Prioritize and execute tasks with a customer-focused, results-driven approach
• Report progress and escalate issues to management as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5 plus years of project management experience in a technical environment
• PMP preferred
