Job Description

Overview:

The Project Manager will lead execution of IT support services and serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).

Responsibilities:
  • Manage performance, staffing, milestones, deliverables, risk, quality, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate service desk, network and systems, SharePoint/web, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 security, and risk assessment functions.
  • Oversee transition-in, status reporting, and risk and issue tracking.
  • Assist Agency staff in periodic review and update of existing internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • 10 years managing IT programs or projects of similar scope and complexity.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams across functional areas.
  • Ability to manage schedules, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Knowledge of federal IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and compliance frameworks.
  • Recognized project-management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with Government leadership and technical staff.

Citizenship and background investigation

  • U.S. citizenship is required for personnel assigned to this contract.
  • A role-appropriate, favorably adjudicated background investigation is required before work begins unless the Contracting Officer approves otherwise in writing; most roles require Tier 2.

  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to fifteen (15) pounds.
  • May require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.
  • Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding).
