Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager
My client is hiring for a project manager or assistant project manager with a broad scale of work in the Warrenton, VA area.
Job Description
Coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations on-site. Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders. Support the construction team in achieving project goals and objectives.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager should have: Experience with construction project management, preferably in business services or related fields. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
