Job Overview:

As a Project Manager at Jonesbororealtycompany, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various real estate projects from start to finish. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of real estate projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or delays

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met

- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and senior management

- Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management processes

- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including contractors and subcontractors

- Prepare and present project reports to senior management as required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Proficient in project management software and tools

- PMP certification is an asset
