Client Overview:

Our client is a major retail organization, recognized for their innovative approach to customer experience. The company operates across multiple channels and values collaboration and employee development. They are looking to add a Project Manager Assistant (Retail) to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30/hr

Position Overview:

The Project Manager Assistant (Retail) will support integrated campaign planning and execution. The Project Manager Assistant (Retail) will serve as the liaison between marketing, creative, and media teams. They will drive workflow, maintain project schedules, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager Assistant (Retail):

  • Act as the main point of contact between Marketing, Creative, and Media teams.
  • Manage integrated campaign planning and execution.
  • Drive workflow and maintain project schedules.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across departments.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Assist in resolving project-related issues.
  • Support documentation and reporting for campaigns.
  • Optimize processes for efficiency.

Required Experience/Skills for the Project Manager Assistant (Retail):

  • 1 2+ years in project management, creative operations, or brand marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Project Manager Assistant (Retail):

  • Experience in retail or consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Exposure to cross-functional team environments.
  • Problem-solving skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
