We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Project Manager to lead enterprise-level, cross-functional programs and projects within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role leads enterprise programs with limited oversight and is responsible for managing initiatives from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment across business units and delivering measurable outcomes.

The Project Manager will partner with stakeholders across Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and Operations to drive execution, manage risks, and maintain accountability across workstreams. This role operates with independence while escalating strategic decisions as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level projects and programs from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple projects within a program to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Ensure programs deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource coordination.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across business and corporate functions.
  • Lead enterprise systems implementations (e.g., ERP, HCM, CRM), ensuring coordination, execution, and adoption.
  • Provide structured governance through status reporting, dashboards, and communication to stakeholders.
  • Standardize reporting and tracking mechanisms across programs and projects.
  • Prepare materials for executive updates and support leadership communications.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate.
  • Support M&A integration efforts, including coordination of workstreams and tracking of integration activities.
  • Drive change management efforts including stakeholder communication, training coordination, and adoption support.
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability across project teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Up to 15–20% travel may be required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field required.
  • 5–8 years of project management experience, including leading cross-functional enterprise projects.
  • Experience delivering enterprise programs and complex initiatives.
  • Ability to operate with independence in a dynamic environment.
  • Exposure to M&A integration and enterprise systems implementations preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong project planning and execution skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project).

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification.
  • Experience in a technology-driven or high-growth environment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems such as ERP, HCM, or CRM.
