Description

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans aligning with client requirements.
  2. Lead project teams to deliver on time within scope and budget.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communications.
  4. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  5. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
  6. Ensure smooth handover to customer service and external customers with clearly defined and agreed-upon actions for project close-out.
  7. Conduct detailed project assessments, collect lessons learned, and prepare final close-out reports.

Requirements

  1. Education

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in business or engineering.
  2. Experience

    • Minimum 5 years with a Bachelors degree or 3 years with a Masters degree in project management.
    • Proven track record managing projects in the material handling, AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles), or automotive industry is required.
  3. Skills

    • Proficient in project management tools.
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
    • Quick learning ability to understand new project requirements and technologies efficiently.
  4. Preferred Knowledge

    • Understanding of IATF 16949 requirements.
    • Familiarity with Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
  5. Certifications

    • PMP, CSM, or CSP certifications preferred.
  6. Language

    • Proficiency in English.
    • Mandarin and additional languages are a plus.
