Track and manage project milestones from the initial quote and design phase through validation and full-scale plant production
Align internal departments - including engineering, quality control, procurement, tooling, and plant operations - with project goals
Oversee investment costs, resource allocation, part supply schedules, and capital expenditure forecasts
Identify potential bottlenecks, log project risks, and formulate immediate contingency or remediation plans
Act as the primary contact for client reviews, progress updates, and engineering change requests
Ensure adherence to automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949, plant safety rules, and internal business systems
Strong skills in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and specialized project tracking software
3-7+ years of project management or product launch experience within a similar environment with manufacturing processes (stamping, casting, or assembly), reading technical drawings, and using ERP/PLM tools like SAP
Experience in an automotive OEM or tier-parts manufacturing environment
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related technical field
