As a Program Manager, you would play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer programs from development through launch, and ensuring timing, quality, and financial objectives are achieved. This position works closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers to deliver world-class automotive safety products.

What successful Program Managers bring:

✅ Automotive program management experience

✅ Strong leadership and cross-functional team coordination skills

✅ Customer-facing experience and relationship management

✅ Ability to manage timing, budgets, risks, and program deliverables

✅ Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise

✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or a related field

✅ Experience managing complex automotive product launches
