• • Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure project delivery
  • Utilize Procore for project management and Timberline for estimating
  • Drive project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction

Profile

• • Experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • Background in one or more: healthcare, MOB, retail, QSR, worship, government, or office
  • Ground-up experience preferred; interiors experience also considered
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Augusta, GA area
