10 Years (Required): Experience overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and guiding the SDLC process.
10 Years (Required): Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholders; strong communication and presentation skills.
10 Years (Required): Ability to summarize and escalate issues appropriately, present weekly status updates, and conduct regular project team meetings.
10 Years (Required): Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

8 Years (Required): Agile methodology experience, including tracking development progress and ensuring alignment with project timelines.
