Job Description
Mandatory Skills: iCertisCLM, SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), Data query techniques, APIs, JIRA/ MS Project/Trello
Skills Requirements:
- Proficiency in Project Management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
- Familiarity with iCertisCLM, SAPBOBJ, and data query techniques.
- Strong understanding of data connections and query execution.
- Ability to create functional specifications, process flows, and BRDs.
- Strong knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, middleware) for enterprise systems.
- Ability to manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work extensively with iCertis CLM system for contract creation, approval workflows, and compliance tracking.
- Ensure contract processes align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Understand data structures and reporting frameworks.
- Run queries using SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) or similar tools.
- Analyze data connections and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
- Write test scripts and coordinate testing activities with stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
