As a Project Manager at Oakman, you will oversee the successful execution of luxury home construction projects. You will work closely with architects, designers, and clients, ensuring that every aspect of the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. We're looking for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in managing complex, high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-end residential projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and ensure all necessary materials and resources are available.
• Resolve any challenges or obstacles that arise during construction while maintaining quality.
• Report project status to stakeholders, ensuring all communication is clear and transparent.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of project management experience in luxury home construction ($3M+ projects).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Bluebeam software (preferred, but can be trained).
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a dynamic environment.

Pay & Benefits:

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 (based on experience).
• Paid vacation and 401K with company match.
• Truck allowance, cell phone, and computer provided.
• Discretionary bonus based on performance.
