Your earning potential is directly tied to the skills you build and the responsibility you earn.

As you progress through our PM Tier System, you unlock higher commission rates, greater technical responsibility, company vehicle eligibility, specialty opportunities, and a clear path toward leadership.

THE PM TIER SYSTEM

TIER 1 — ROOFING
Target: Within 90 days
0.33% commission + take-home truck eligibility

TIER 2 — SIDING
Target: Within 180 days
0.66% commission + expanded repair and inspection capabilities

TIER 3 — SOFFIT / FASCIA
Target: Within 270 days
1.00% commission + full core technical progression

SPECIALTY OPPORTUNITIES

As you continue developing your skill set, you can unlock additional earning opportunities:

• +0.50% on extensive vinyl siding projects
• +1.00% on Hardie siding projects
• Additional commissions for Metal, Commercial, and new specialty trades as they're developed

A signed contract is a promise to a homeowner. As a Project Manager, you're the person trusted to make sure we keep that promise.

You'll lead projects in the field, work alongside crews and trade partners, solve problems, protect the homeowner experience, and make sure the finished product meets the standard we put our name behind.
