Project Manager

Summary:

• Shift: 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, project controls, operations, or a related role.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate project resources and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Use cross-functional capabilities to support Business Case Approval, Technical Specification creation, issuance of RFQs and POs, and the delivery of Capital Equipment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and step owners across the business to ensure on-time delivery of all steps within the Capex Purchasing Process.
• Attend and facilitate Kaizens and Roadmaps to support the capacity ramp-up.
• Lead effort to ensure Smartsheet schedule is updated and accurate.
• Apply knowledge of design and manufacturing to implement new ideas that enhance the overall qualification process, reduce cost, and add value.
• Identify and implement qualification cost out opportunities.
• Provide regional, and in some cases, global shop support.
• Cultivate a positive working environment and morale; drive a sense of urgency and quality with speed.
• Ensure the team delivers change that has business impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with project management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
