Project Manager (Banking Payments / Wire) - 3669165

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Project Manager with expertise in Banking Payments / Wire position! This is an 18+ month contract opportunity and will be REMOTE in United States.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support program governance activities including RAIDD log management, integrated planning, and milestone tracking for large cross-functional technology programs
• Support Program Manager in coordinating workstreams within a wire payment system replacement initiative
• Manage and own RAIDD logs for assigned workstreams, tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and critical decisions while ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders
• Drive dependency management and coordinate integrated plans to align timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams
• Develop comprehensive project plans including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and communication strategies using JIRA and project management tools
• Facilitate governance forums and provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, issues, and decisions for leadership visibility
• Execute change control processes to manage project scope, schedule, and cost adjustments while maintaining plan accuracy
• Collaborate with Value Stream Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, document constraints, and establish clear deliverables
• Monitor project performance using appropriate metrics, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful delivery
• Support day-to-day program operations including scheduling meetings, creating project documentation, and maintaining reporting cadences

What You'll Need to Have:

• 2+ years of project management experience with proven track record managing projects independently
• Banking, payments, or wire operations experience required - this is essential
• Demonstrated expertise in RAIDD/RAID log management, integrated planning, and executive reporting for large-scale technology programs
• Strong proficiency in JIRA for work breakdown management, project tracking, and dependency coordination
• Experience facilitating governance forums and coordinating stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams with 10+ participants
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, change control processes, and risk mitigation techniques
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to support senior leadership and align diverse teams
• PMP certification, Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Master or SAFe), and ServiceNow Portfolio Management experience are strong pluses

Pay Range: $40-45/hr
