Project Manager

What You'll Do:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external audits to ensure operational integrity and regulatory readiness.

• Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders to ensure operational integrity, regulatory readiness, and clear communication of audit outcomes.

• Maintain and manage compliance documentation aligned with SOC, HIPAA, PCI DSS, BSA/AML, and international data privacy laws.

• Develop audit plans and define key areas for evaluation.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, legal studies, or similar

• Four plus (4+) years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience

• Two (2) years of project management experience, preferably in a technology (SAAS) environment

• Experience writing policies and procedures, preferably compliance related

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Willingness and ability to learn and develop new areas of expertise

• Process driven and with sound judgment

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships

• Flexibility and the ability to manage changing priorities

Ideal to Have:

• Knowledge and skills in compliance and audit processes, with a focus on information security, financial services, accessibility, and privacy

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, PCI DSS, BSA/AML and international data privacy regulations

Annual Salary Range: $89,600 - $100,800
