    Project Lead: High-Impact Operations & New Products
    Ready to drive execution on high-visibility projects and lead dynamic, cross-functional teams? We are looking for a sharp, proactive Project Manager to own the lifecycle of critical operational initiatives and new product launches.     • Drive Execution: Lead projects from scoping to close, keeping timelines tight and budgets on track.
    • Sync Teams: Act as the central hub connecting internal and external teams through weekly reviews.
    • Mitigate Risk: Build proactive mitigation plans to keep critical launches moving forward.
    • Analyze & Optimize: Review project metrics and lessons learned to continuously upgrade our operations.


    Requirements

    • 5+ years of core Project or Program Management experience.
    • Deep proficiency with modern tech platforms and project management software (MS Project).
    • Natural ability to unite teams under a common goal, adapt to change, and mentor peers.
    • A analytical background or technical degree/certification (PMP/APM) is highly valued.
