Project Manager | Boston Commercial | $4M+ Pipeline

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from tenant improvements to specialized commercial developments throughout the MetroWest Massachusetts region. Description

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications.
• Work closely with field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Utilize Procore to track project documentation, reporting, and project progress.
• Collaborate with ownership and leadership teams to support continued business growth.
• Oversee multiple active projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Support estimating, procurement, and project planning activities as required.

Profile

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
• Experience managing commercial projects such as office, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar developments.
• Proficiency with Procore is required.
• Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, contract administration, and project execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Must be commutable to Southborough, MA.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
