Pay Range: $68 - $74/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end project plans for BPO launches and the Global Sales BPO COE, including project charters, timelines, action trackers, risk/issue logs, and decision registers.
- Build and document the BPO onboarding and launch process where formal documentation does not currently exist.
- Develop Partner Management Frameworks, playbooks, SOPs, and repeatable processes to support scalable BPO partnerships.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource requirements across multiple workstreams.
- Drive escalations and key go/no-go decisions ahead of launch deadlines.
- Coordinate internal teams and external BPO partners to ensure readiness and successful execution.
- Monitor post-launch performance during the 30-day ramp period and coordinate measurement with Data Science.
- Support transition of launched BPO partners to steady-state vendor management.
- Conduct retrospectives and incorporate lessons learned into future BPO processes and playbooks.
- Establish centralized project tracking and status reporting for broader stakeholder visibility.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships across Finance, Legal, Data Science, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, Corporate Onboarding, Sales Technology, Vendor Management, and BPO partners.
- Drive accountability and execution through influence rather than formal authority.
- Facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders on project timelines, requirements, risks, and decisions.
- Develop communication and engagement strategies to keep internal and external partners informed.
- Create executive-ready status updates using tools such as Slack, Google Sheets, and presentation decks.
- Represent Sales BPO Programs in cross-functional planning and execution.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify gaps in existing BPO processes and determine where documentation, standardization, or process improvements are needed.
- Convert ad hoc processes into repeatable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks.
- Use lessons learned from BPO launches to continuously improve the Partner Management Framework and COE operating model.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Must Have: SalesForce experience
- 5 years of Project Management, Program Management, or related project delivery experience.
- Strong experience independently managing complex projects with multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience working with BPO, outsourcing, vendors, agencies, partners, or third-party service providers strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience building processes, frameworks, documentation, playbooks, SOPs, or operating models from scratch.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead through influence and drive accountability without direct authority.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and creating structure where formal processes do not yet exist.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
- Experience managing aggressive timelines, dependencies, escalations, and project deliverables.
- PMP, Agile, or other project/change management certification preferred.
- Working proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Slack, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to accelerate documentation, synthesis, reporting, and project management work.
