A well-established civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead bridge and transportation infrastructure projects across NYC and Long Island.
This role will manage complex structural work including bridges, roadway systems, and associated utility infrastructure in active and highly constrained environments.

Manage full project lifecycle from award through closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
Structural & Construction Oversight
Lead coordination of structural steel, foundations, and concrete bridge elements
Work closely with field teams to drive production and resolve issues
Scheduling & Cost Control
Oversee CPM scheduling, cost control, and forecasting
Traffic & Site Coordination
Manage MOT (maintenance of traffic) and staging plans
Agency & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with agencies such as NYSDOT, NYCDOT, and PANYNJ
Procurement & Contracts
Lead procurement of major materials (steel, precast, etc.)
Manage change orders, claims, and contract compliance
Experience
10+ years of heavy civil experience with bridge/transportation projects
Technical Knowledge
Experience managing structural steel, pile foundations, and cast-in-place concrete
Strong understanding of DOT specifications and requirements
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects
Experience with accelerated schedules and phased construction
Skills
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office
Work performed in both office and field environments on active construction sites
Have strong leadership and communication skills
Can manage complex infrastructure projects from start to finish
Are accountable and solution-oriented
Work effectively with field teams, agencies, and stakeholders
