Position OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring experienced Project Managers for a well-established concrete company in the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma area. This is a
direct-hire career opportunity, not a temp-to-hire position.We are looking for candidates with at least 1–2 years of project management experience in the concrete or commercial construction industry. Job Responsibilities- Manage concrete construction projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment
- Work closely with superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and clients
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, budgets, and overall performance
- Review project plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Assist with estimating, scheduling, change orders, and project documentation
- Communicate project updates and resolve issues that could impact schedules or production
- Visit and oversee active jobsites as required
- Ensure projects meet company quality and safety standards
Requirements- Minimum 1–2 years of project management experience preferred
- Concrete construction experience strongly preferred
- Commercial construction experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel to projects as required
- Reliable, professional, and ready for a long-term career opportunity
Compensation & Benefits- $90,000–$110,000 annual salary based on experience
