Work directly with elite architects and homeowners.About Our ClientOur client is a premier Brooklyn-based general contractor specializing in luxury townhouse, brownstone, and high-end residential gut renovation projects throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan. Their portfolio consists of meticulously executed renovations for high-net-worth individuals, often involving landmark properties, custom finishes, complex structural modifications, and close collaboration with top architects and designers. The company has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, client service, and delivering exceptional projects in some of New York City's most prestigious neighborhoods. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Manage multiple luxury residential renovation projects simultaneouslyOversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost reportingCoordinate architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendorsReview drawings, specifications, and project scope requirementsLead project meetings and maintain regular communication with clientsProcess RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activitiesMonitor project progress and proactively resolve issuesCollaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field executionMaintain the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfactionManage project closeout, punch list completion, and final turnoverMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
