Key Responsibilities- Lead project planning and scheduling, including detailed baseline schedules
- Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Executive to maintain progress and resolve issues
- Manage all project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and permitting
- Oversee procurement, buyouts, and negotiation of subcontracts and purchase orders
- Coordinate and implement approved change orders and ensure scope alignment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants
- Prepare and manage budgets, cost reports, and monthly projections
- Ensure field construction aligns with quality control and safety standards
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Superintendents
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear, consistent documentation and communication
- Oversee project closeout including punchlists, manuals, final inspections, and financial wrap-up
- Support business development through client relationship management and industry networking
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6-10 years of project management experience in commercial or residential construction, with a strong preference for high-rise residential experience
- Proven success managing projects exceeding $100m
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Excel
- Deep understanding of construction drawings, contracts, schedules, and budget tracking
- Ability to physically navigate active construction sites
- Ability to lead and coach teams in a collaborative and respectful work environment
- Experience with business development, networking, and professional industry engagement
