Leads business implementation initiatives that translate strategic priorities into operational impact. Supports portfolio leads by owning the execution layer of transformation efforts—driving requirements, aligning stakeholders, identifying risks, and monitoring post-launch outcomes. Manages complex cross-functional efforts that span operations, systems, data, and process change. Utilizes strong project management skills with operational fluency, systems awareness, and critical thinking.
This position is hybrid: 4 days/week in the Manhattan office.
Responsibilities:Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration or a related field required. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field preferred
Work Experience:
Minimum five years progressive experience in health care consulting, operations, financial analysis, or related discipline OR two years experience plus a Master’s Degree required. Proficient with personal computers, including Microsoft Suite including analytical and project management tools required. Project management and facilitation skills required Six Sigma project experience preferred. Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving tech, operations, or process redesign required Healthcare Operations, Data Analysis and/or healthcare system knowledge preferred
