We are seeking a Project Manager - Business Relationship Manager (PM-BRM) to lead and manage multiple programs and projects within an Information Technology environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving project success while ensuring a high level of service and stakeholder satisfaction.

This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, working with both internal and external teams to ensure projects align with strategic objectives and are executed effectively. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters, bringing a balanced mix of technical expertise, organizational skills, and leadership capability. A key focus of this role is building and maintaining strong business relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering measurable project outcomes.

Compensation & Work Environment

  • 100% Remote
  • Salary: $135K base, with potential for higher total compensation through profit sharing

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and execute project enhancements and initiatives
  • Work with technical teams to plan, track, and deliver project timelines
  • Coordinate and manage interconnected, cross-departmental projects
  • Ensure projects function as designed and meet business requirements
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide stakeholder updates
  • Identify risks and blockers, implementing mitigation strategies
  • Analyze project performance and drive process improvements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration across teams
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations

Qualifications

  • Strong collaboration, organization, time management, and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of technical environments including React, PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Python, AWS, JSON, and Linux/Ubuntu
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead project teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience; web development and custom applications experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office and project management tools
