Remote – USA (Travel to client sites when needed)
As a DPP Project Manager, you will lead multiple complex data projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. Your ability to manage multiple engagements, resolve conflicts, and drive customer satisfaction will be key to success.
Manage and deliver large-scale data projects across multiple clients.
Oversee Data Warehouse migrations and integrations using modern tools.
Lead up to 8 concurrent projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BI, Data Engineering, and Architecture.
Ensure alignment with Professional Services (PS) operations and delivery best practices.
Drive stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and scope management.
Provide regular status reports and manage project risks and escalations.
Travel to client locations when necessary for project meetings or rollouts.
10+ years of experience in a Professional Services Organization at an Enterprise Software/SaaS Company.
Strong experience managing Data Platform Projects, especially Data Warehouse migrations.
Hands-on knowledge of Databricks, BI tools, Big Data, and Data Management technologies.
Excellent multitasking abilities – capable of managing 8+ projects simultaneously.
Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in conflict resolution and delivering customer success.
Familiar with PS Operations and delivery frameworks.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
