Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our innovative Engineering team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of engineering projects, including office buildings, mixed-use properties, plazas, and outdoor areas. The role entails driving the project from inception to completion, focusing on renovation, repositioning, and exterior and interior transformations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D rendering and construction management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing architectural visions to life.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of multiple engineering projects from inception to completion, focusing on commercial and mixed-use properties.
2. Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Coordinate with a team of engineers, architects, and contractors, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
4. Use advanced tools such as Adobe, Sketchup, and 3D Rendering to create and present design plans and concepts.
5. Oversee the renovation and repositioning of properties, including office buildings, plazas, and outdoor areas.
6. Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with all regulations and codes.
7. Conduct risk management processes to minimize project risks and potential issues.
8. Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the engineering industry, with a focus on commercial projects and tenant improvements (TI).
3. Proven experience with Adobe, Sketchup, and 3D Rendering.
4. Solid understanding and experience with renovation, repositioning, and exterior and interior transformations of properties.
5. Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
6. Experience in managing project budgets and resources.
7. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
9. Proficient in project management software tools, techniques, and methodologies.
10. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
