    Title: Project Manager (Capital Markets)

    Location: Charlotte, NC

    Duration: 12 months

    Work Engagement: W2

    Work Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office/2 days remote

    Summary:

    In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Project Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Project Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

    • Manage interdependence across programs and ensure alignment with Enterprise change management priorities.

    • Serve as a liaison between Capital Markets Trading, Analytics, Finance, Risk and other line of business and enterprise support functions

    • Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring awareness, alignment, and understanding of program financials, decisions, status, etc

    • Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with required standards.

    • Develop high quality project artifacts, documentation, reporting materials, and presentations.

    • Leverage advanced Teams, Sharepoint, One Note, Project, Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data, track progress, and deliver executive ready materials.

    Key Requirements:

    • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

    • Flexibility in scheduling, working approach, and execution.

    • Ability to operate in high-pressure environments with changing priorities

    • Ability to work independently

    • Project management experience, ideally within financial services.

    • Solid understanding of Capital Markets products (not required to be an expert but must demonstrate working knowledge).

    • Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization, across businesses and functions, and as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, and manage expectations and work, and drive execution.

    • Experience delivering complex projects within financial services trading and banking environments, with awareness of operational dynamics.

    • Regulatory project experience is preferred.

    • Experience with Market Risk and/or Model Development is strongly preferred.

    • Advanced proficiency in Teams, Sharepoint, One Note, Project, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to support and manage projects and produce clear and insightful reporting.

    • PMI PMP certification desired
