Selectek is seeking a Project Manager for our partnering company in Carrollton, Georgia. This firm is looking for candidates to oversee the full lifecycle of capital projects from planning through execution, handoff, and evaluation. 

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Carrollton, GA
Expected Pay Range: $130,000 and up


Job Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project/Program Management, or Construction Management.
•    5+ years’ experience in project management (10+ preferred), with demonstrated success managing capital projects in manufacturing.
•    Experience in capital expansion construction projects.
•    Strong knowledge of project management software; SAP and Lean principles experience preferred.
•    PMP or equivalent certification desirable.
•    Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).

In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.

Responsibilities:
•    Plan, execute, and evaluate major capital projects, including expansion and equipment installation.
•    Lead and coordinate contractors, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
•    Prepare and review contractor bids, scopes of work, invoices, and change orders.
•    Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines using Smartsheet, MS Project, Procore, or similar tools.
•    Ensure project safety compliance (Avetta, EH&S) and promote safe practices on all sites.
•    Oversee project handoff to operations and support evaluation phase for long-term success.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible start/end times.
