Project ManagerLead delivery of a 200K SF flagship industrial project. Take full control of schedule, budget, and client.A leading Southeast GC with long-standing relationships with top-tier clients like Amazon and Red Bull, delivering complex industrial and manufacturing projects. The company is continuing to grow aggressively while maintaining a close-knit, high-performance culture.Job DescriptionPlan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to align project goals.Monitor project progress and address potential delays or challenges effectively.Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites.Travel between Charleston and Tampa as necessary to oversee project execution.Manage project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
