Known for its collaborative culture and strong relationships, the company is experiencing significant growth within the hospitality sector while maintaining a long-standing reputation in retail and commercial construction.Job DescriptionManage multiple hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage subcontractor performance.Oversee project procurement, permitting, and material delivery schedules.Monitor project costs and implement strategies to maintain profitability.Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved.Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contract administration.Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business opportunities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
