Project Manager - Chemical Plant Remediation - Pittsfield, MA

We're partnering with a highly respected organization to identify an experienced Project Manager for a major environmental remediation project in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Description

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Manage and coordinate project activities across multidisciplinary teams and contractors
• Support the planning and execution of capital projects and major maintenance initiatives
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
• Review, organize, and utilize historical site records, technical documents, and drawings
• Collaborate with onsite operations personnel to support daily workflow management
• Assist with Emergency Response Plans, Business Continuity Plans, and operational programs
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and operational requirements

Profile

What we are looking for:

• • 5+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industry
  • Background in construction project management with either a General Contractor or Subcontractor
  • Strong understanding of project planning, coordination, scheduling, and execution
  • Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety requirements associated with facility operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and contractors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project
  • Environmental remediation or chemical plant project experience is plus (but not required)
