• Min. 15+ years of experience with good understanding on Financial Services domain
• Must have experience working in FX, Treasury, Accounting domains .
• Strong stakeholder management experience and defining program plans, schedules, risk management, budget management etc. for large scale programs .
• Demonstrated experience managing large and complex program implementations with multiple systems involved.
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and non-verbal .
• Prior experience successfully managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Previous experience working with vendors and 3rd party providers .
• Demonstrated analytical skills that includes problem solving and risk mitigation .
• Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills .
• Demonstrated experience creating program KPIs (key performance indicators) and managing a programs strengths and areas of improvement against those guidelines.
• Prior experience managing a team where performance management includes constructive feedback and identifying developmental opportunities to team members.
