Project Manager/Chief of Staff

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive operational workload and shifting business priorities.
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives and leadership deliverables.
  • Track books of work, key milestones, and executive action items.
  • Support budget, financial, governance, and regulatory activities.
  • Prepare leadership for meetings and upcoming priorities.
  • Coordinate across multiple leadership teams to ensure alignment.
  • Remove obstacles and help drive initiatives to completion.
  • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively provide support.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of directly related business planning, strategy, operational management, or executive support experience.
  • Extensive project or program management experience.
  • Experience developing business strategy and supporting short- and long-term organizational goals.
  • Experience influencing and communicating with senior executives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
  • Experience gathering business insights and translating them into actionable plans.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create executive-level presentations and communicate complex information through a clear strategic narrative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
