Manage project budgets and ensure costs stay within the allocated resources. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Lead and guide project teams to achieve project objectives effectively. Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.The Successful ApplicantProven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor. Essential estimating and pre-construction experience. Experience delivering projects across a combination of Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse & Distribution, Restaurant / Hospitality, Office, and Education projects. Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and project delivery. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
