Role Overview
Responsible for full project lifecycle ownership, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on financial performance, coordination, and client relationships.

Project Execution & Ownership

Financial Management
  • Manage:

  • Monitor job costs and margins

  • Deliver accurate monthly financial reporting
Planning & Scheduling
  • Develop project schedules
  • Lead:
    • 2-week and 6-week planning
  • Coordinate:
    • Labor
    • Equipment
    • Materials
    • Subcontractors
  • Resolve schedule constraints
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as primary point of contact
  • Lead meetings and communications
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Contract & Documentation Management
  • Manage:
    • Contracts
    • Subcontracts
  • Review plans and specifications
  • Oversee:
    • RFIs
    • Submittals
    • Change processes
Field Collaboration
  • Work closely with superintendents

Qualifications
  • 5+ years PM experience in:
    • Civil construction
    • Site development
    • Concrete projects
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Job costing
    • Budgeting
    • Forecasting
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Ability to read plans and contracts
  • Strong leadership and communication
Technical Skills
  • Construction software:
    • Procore, HCSS, or similar
  • Accounting tools:
    • Sage or equivalent
