We’re seeking an
experienced Project Manager<\/span><\/b> to oversee
civil construction projects from start to finish—ensuring they are
delivered safely, on time, and on budget<\/span><\/b>.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and cost management
skills, with the ability to coordinate clients, subcontractors, and internal
teams.<\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Lead all
phases of project delivery: safety, schedule, budget, and quality.<\/span>
<\/li> - Coordinate
with Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.<\/span>
<\/li> - Manage
budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and project documentation.<\/span>
<\/li> - Conduct
weekly project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.<\/span>
<\/li> - Oversee
project startup through closeout, including inspections and final payment.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3><\/div>
- Bachelor’s
in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.<\/span>
<\/li> - 8+ years of
progressive experience in civil construction.<\/span>
<\/li> - Skilled in
budget management, scheduling, and quality control.<\/span>
<\/li> - OSHA 10
Certification.<\/span>
<\/li> - Strong
leadership and team management skills.<\/span>
<\/li> - Excellent
communication and organizational abilities.<\/span>
<\/li> - Safety -first
