    What you'll do

    • Manage one or multiple civil site development projects for residential and private sector clients
    • Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
    • Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery
    • Lead proposal preparation and fee development efforts
    • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams
    • Visit client offices and project sites to support project execution and business development
    • Oversee engineering work and interface with other disciplines as needed
    • Monitor project progress using accounting and project tracking tools
    • Supervise and mentor engineers and technicians as part of project teams
    • Communicate project status, risks, and solutions effectively

    What you bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
    • 6+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management
    • Experience producing residential site design plans and working with residential clients
    • Strong understanding of civil site design, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
    • Experience managing project scope, schedules, and budgets
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
    • Demonstrated business development skills
    • Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising project teams
    • Understanding of business financial metrics and project performance tracking
    • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

    On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
