The organization is known for its collaborative culture, repeat client base, and commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.Job DescriptionOversee and direct projects from kickoff through completion.Partner with Superintendents to establish project priorities and execution strategies.Lead Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and project administration staff.Monitor project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and revenue projections.Ensure adherence to project estimates and financial objectives.Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.Resolve challenges related to labor, staffing, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.Administer contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and project documentation.Maintain accurate RFI logs, change order logs, meeting minutes, and project records.Coordinate with Safety leadership to ensure compliance with established safety goals and regulations.Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and stakeholders.Identify risks proactively and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.Ensure quality standards are maintained across all phases of construction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
