Job TitleCommercial General Contractor Project ManagerJob DescriptionManage projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Lead communication with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and project execution. Manage project financials, including change orders, cost control, and reporting. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Drive quality control and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.The Successful Applicant5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor. Proven track record managing Class A office interior construction projects valued at $5M+. Strong knowledge of commercial interiors, tenant improvements, and occupied renovations. Experience with budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and client management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
