Job Description:
Project Manager - Automated Warehouse Integration
Overview
You'll play a central role in guiding the transition from a manual warehouse operation to a fully automated, GMP‑compliant warehouse environment. Working under the direction of a Sr. Manager or Project Manager II in the Project Management Office, you will coordinate commissioning, integration, and operational readiness activities that directly support pharmaceutical manufacturing.
This role is ideal for a PM who thrives in complex, cross‑functional environments and understands the unique demands of pharma operations, automation technologies, and IT‑integrated equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Required Experience & Qualifications
4+ years managing capital projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
Meets one of the following education/experience pathways:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field + 2+ years project scheduling experience
Associate degree or technical/vocational training + 4+ years project scheduling experience
Military service with 2+ years project scheduling experience
Familiarity with equipment installation or retrofit in pharma manufacturing.
Experience integrating equipment with IT/automation systems.
Background with ASRS, AGV, AMR, or conveyor systems.
Proficiency with:
Microsoft Project
Smartsheet
Primavera P6
PMP certification preferred but not required.
