Project ManagerIndustry leading cleanroom design & construction firm, in business for 50+ years, is looking for Project Managers to join their growing team!In office position Attleboro MA (5 days to start, WFH flex once ramped up)National travel to jobsites 1-2 times/month - upcoming work primarily East Coast, huge backlog of projects!They build for industries like pharmaceuticals, biotech, semiconductor manufacturing, and more - offering exposure to complex, high-value work.*Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application*Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for:Leading and managing cleanroom construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and scheduleCoordinating with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, and providing regular updates on project progressDeveloping project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectivesManaging project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivityConducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to resolve project issues and mitigate risksCommunicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or challenges that may ariseMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe right Project Manager has the following qualifications:Commutable to office in Attleboro, MAWillingness to travel to jobsites Nationwide (1-2 times/month) and work nights/weekends as needed3-5+ years as a PM with a GCLarge ground up project experience (ideally $20M+)Open to any project types (lifescience, lab, healthcare, MEP) clean room experience is a plusStrong procore & construction management skills - can teach the cleanrooms pieceStrong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniquesExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environmentBachelors degree (ideally Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil, or Electrical Engineering)PMP or other relevant certifications are a plusSoftware: Procore, MS Suite, Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, Sage/Timberline, RevitWhat's on OfferThe Project Manager will receive:Base salary $120-$165K (flexible), up to $180K for Senior PMAnnual BonusTravel Expenses coveredVehicle allowance (starts around $350-$400/m - flexible for more experience)Company credit card for gasOvertime compensated time & halfBluecross PPO plan (starts 1st day)401k 4% match2-3 weeks PTO (negotiable)Opportunities for professional growth and development within a rapidly expanding companyExposure to diverse projects and industries, with the chance to make a meaningful impactJob SummarySectorConstructionSub SectorProject ManagerIndustryPropertyWhereAttleboroContract TypePermanent
